一、白酒
1、 Baijiu
1、将白酒倒入无色玻璃杯中观察,一般状况下应是清亮透明、无悬浮物、无沉积物的液体。

2、将污浊白酒置于室温或15~20℃温水中,如污浊沉积现象很快消失,这类沉积物无*,不影响酒的质量。

经上述方法处理,沉积物仍不消失的,可将沉积物过滤提取,依据其色泽、形态作如下判断:①白色沉积物可能是钙镁盐物质或铝的化合物,大多数来自勾兑用水或铝制的盛酒容器;②黄色或棕色沉积物可能是铁、铜物质,来自盛酒容器或管路污染;③黑色沉积物可能是铅、单宁铁和硫化物,可能来自铅锡冷却器或酒中的含硫化物,以及铁与软木塞中的单宁发生化学反应发生的物质。
