1、必须是传统工艺生产的纯粮原浆酒。市场出售的瓶装白酒,大多数是加浆酒,所谓加浆,就是加水。工厂蒸馏白酒时的接酒度数一般在55度65度间。刚生产出的酒为原酒,这些酒必须贮藏老熟,一般在6个月以上,贮藏到期的酒出厂前,要检验、品评,合格后,根据技术要求进行勾兑,除了用不同品质、不同度数的白酒进行勾兑外,更重要的是用水降度,使其达到商品酒的度数。而这些加了水的白酒已破坏了酒分子的稳定性,尤其是装在玻璃瓶内,白酒已无法透过玻璃瓶进行呼吸,因此这样的白酒已很难通过贮藏来提升品质,如是劣质酒,时间一长就会变质。

2、如想通过收藏白酒来提升质量,其盛酒容器上选是紫砂,其次陶、瓷。紫砂的密度界于陶、瓷之间,利于白酒呼吸。如果仅是为了收藏,玻璃瓶也是可以的,它不仅可以保持原来的品质,又不容意使瓶中白酒酒精挥发。

1、先检查你的藏酒,把瓶盖重新再拧紧一下,防止因瓶盖松动“跑酒”。

2、用保鲜膜将瓶口仔细包好,用透明胶带缠紧,再把食用蜡放进金属容器里加温,待蜡融化成液体后,把酒瓶倒过来,将瓶 盖直接在容器里浸一下进行蜡封。封蜡当然是避光保存,温度湿度适宜就可以了,时间没有限制。
